Smok Magneto Review – Midrange Mechanical Mod

Mechanical mods and rebuildable atomizers seem to be quite popular amongst a certain segment of vapors.  I have to admit, I was a little slow in adopting the trend.  After all, I remember mechanical devices in the early days and once variable voltage became affordable, they seemed less relevant.  Of course now with high load batteries and low resistance RBAs, what once was old is now new again.  The device I used to get back into the world of mechanicals was the Smok Magneto.  Here’s the long-delayed review of this device.

Innokin 134 Mini Review – a More Sensible 134 + iClear X.1

Innokin has had an interesting record.  Don’t get me wrong most of the advanced personal vaporizers they’ve put out have been great. There’s just been some oddball design choices like the Cool Fire II “grenade” and the huge iTaste 134 “mini-gun.”  Fortunately, there’s a solution to the latter, in the iTaste 134 Mini.  It even comes with a very competent new tank.  In this iTaste 134 Mini and iClear x.1 review we’ll take a deeper dive into these new products.

Chaser Pipe Mod – Vape Like a Sir (on a budget)

I have to admit, there’s just something about pipes that give them some sort of feeling of sophistication.  Back in the day before “denormalization” you’d see smart guys in movies puffing away on a pipe.  e-Pipes aren’t exactly anything new, I’ve reviewed them before.  Most can be pretty pricey even though they are gorgeous.  Smoktech’s Chaser ePipe mod is going more for function than looks, but it still feels good to hold.  check out the rest of the review to get the skinny.

Cool Fire I Review, A Far More Sensible Device, But Is It Too Simple?

Innokin has been working overtime cranking out new devices. The Cool Fire 1 came out alongside the Cool Fire 2 despite there being not much resemblance between the two. The Cool Fire II looks like a grenade while the I has a more conventional experience.  Innokin’s Cool Fire I also lacks variable wattage. Is it still a device worth taking a look at? Why not check out this Cool Fire I review and find out.

Cool Fire II – Innokin’s eCig for Badasses

Do you do your decorating with skulls or antlers?  Do you have anything tattooed on your knuckles? If you do, or if you’re a fan of munitions-style memorabilia, does Innokin have a treat for you! If you don’t fit any of those descriptions, the Innokin Cool Fire 2 is an interesting piece of vaping hardware. Maybe you should stick around too.

iTaste SVD by Innokin

Innokin is perhaps one of the most underrated companies in the e-cigarette industry. While that has begun to change with the popularity of releases like the iTaste MVP, they have been putting out really high quality stuff for quite a while.  Their latest release, the iTaste SVD ups the game and moves Innokin into the high-end advanced personal vaporizer category. Did they bring their A game? Find out in this iTaste SVD Review.

Fazed Box Mods Steampunk DNA20D Altoids Mod

It’s been quite a while since I’ve done a review of a hand-built limited run e-cigarette mod.  That’s exactly what the Fazed Box Mods are, hand-built in small quantities. The particular device in this review is powered by Evolv’s DNA20D chip and is built into a repurposed Altoids box all gussied up to look like a Victorian-Era steampunk relic.  Let’s check out my “What the Clock” DNA20D mod and see how it stacks up.

Diablo ePipe: the Devilish Review

The Diablo ePipe from MadVapes is an interesting device. From the name, you’ve probably figured out it’s a pipe-style e-cigarette device. I know this, because you read this site, and that makes you smart.  It uses a removable battery, yet it has an automatic switch. Unlike a lot of the custom e-pipes on the market, this one is made of acrylic. It’s also considerably less expensive than many of the other custom models. So, maybe now is a good time to do a Diablo ePipe review.
