Alright, so here’s one of those times that I mentioned in my warning about free e-cigarettes where a vendor is giving away stuff for publicity. In truth, they’re not totally free as you still have to pay shipping (which also provides age verification and should only be around 2 dollars in the US). In addition, you have to share the link to the deal via Twitter, Facebook or online to get in on the deal.
According to the rules, they’re limiting the giveaway to one per person, but all your friends can get in on it too.
